Summary The Cabinet Spot is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative with experience in kitchen cabinet sales and a strong understanding of kitchen design. This in-house role blends sales, design consultation, and customer service--all from our showroom. Occasional job site visits are required to ensure accurate measurements and provide hands-on support when needed. Responsibilities * Assist walk-in clients, contractors, and builders with cabinetry solutions tailored to their space. * Provide expert kitchen design consultation, using design software (e.g., 2020, ProKitchen, or similar) to create detailed layouts and estimates. * Conduct job site visits to measure rooms accurately and verify layout feasibility. * Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and manage the sales pipeline from quote to close. * Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery. * Maintain knowledge of product offerings, new styles, and industry trends. Requirements * Proven experience in kitchen cabinet sales is required. * Knowledge of kitchen design principles and ability to read/interpret blueprints or layouts. * Experience with cabinet design software is a major plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced showroom or office environment.
