We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Analyze sales data, generate reports, and identify trends or areas for improvement
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service
• Track sales performance metrics and assist in the development of sales strategies
• Assist with the planning and execution of sales meetings and training sessions
• Respond to rep and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Qualifications

:

• 2+ years in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role (eyewear or fashion industry is a plus)
• SAP Business One (B1) knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
