As an Account Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the account management team, contributing to the growth of business accounts and learning the ins and outs of sales and client relations. You will assist in managing accounts, developing customer relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in account management, business development, and sales processes, offering a strong foundation for a career in account management and sales. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in managing key accounts and ensure products and services meet client needs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and increase satisfaction. * Support the sales team in analyzing account performance, tracking sales trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. * Provide accurate and timely information about products and services to customers and internal teams. * Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue and brand visibility. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of business objectives. * Participate in training programs to develop knowledge of sales processes, account management, and customer service best practices. Qualifications: * High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). * No prior experience required; however, experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic understanding of sales and account management principles. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
