Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while effectively communicating with clients in both English and another language. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities * Engage with customers in both English and a second language to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Operate cash registers and manage cash handling processes accurately. * Perform basic math calculations to assist customers with transactions. * Maintain stock levels and ensure product displays are organized and appealing. * Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback effectively. * Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Utilize POS systems efficiently for processing sales transactions. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Strong cash handling skills with experience operating cash registers. * Familiarity with basic math principles to facilitate accurate transactions. * Proven ability to upsell products and enhance the customer experience through effective communication. * Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus but not mandatory. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
