Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to carry out the sales strategies and sales management of different market segments of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and maintaining current accounts while also optimizing hotel revenue. Your ability to communicate effectively with both clients, prospective accounts and team members is essential, and proficiency in the hotel processes and procedures is a plus. Responsibilities * Maintain relationships with current top accounts * Build new business with outside sales calls and internal cold calls to new business and old business * Implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability. * Ensure high standards of client relations and guest service are maintained at all times. * Ability to assist hotel staff to deliver exceptional service to assigned sales accounts. * Manage client requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on hotel operations. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery. * Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies. * Develop promotional strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase occupancy rates. Qualifications * Proven experience in hotel sales management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. * Strong leadership skills with the ability communicate details to hotel teams * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on sales * Proficiency in sales and revenue management techniques to drive profitability. * Familiarity with hotel sales, front desk operations and phone systems. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
