Herbal Apothecary seeking Qualified Sales Associates: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process sales efficiently. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to provide informed assistance to customers. * Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays to enhance product visibility and availability. * Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including tidying up displays and ensuring products are well-stocked. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
