Herbal Apothecary seeking Qualified Sales Associates: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process sales efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to provide informed assistance to customers.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays to enhance product visibility and availability.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including tidying up displays and ensuring products are well-stocked.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A proactive attitude towards learning about products and enhancing customer experiences.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting stock items and standing for extended periods.
