Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing inventory, coordinating paperwork during the sales process, and ensuring effective communication between sales representatives and clients. This position requires a proactive approach to territory management and a strong understanding of technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inventory and Deal Documentation
• Coordinate and schedule product demos for potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
• Provide support in retail sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in territory management or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with software tools used for sales tracking and reporting.
• Strong cold calling skills with a track record of generating leads.
• Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
