Telemarketing Sales Representative Telemarketing Sales Representative Location: Orlando, FL Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (35 hours per week) Compensation: $14.00 per hour + commission Are you a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for sales? We're looking for a Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our team in Orlando! This role offers a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive work environment while earning commission based on performance. About the Role: As a Telemarketing Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include: Researching and calling prospective customers using an automatic dialing system * Securing and maintaining accurate customer information in our database * Coordinating daily with the Marketing Director and sales team * * Scheduling appointments for sales representatives via phone and email What We 're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you should have: A strong motivation for sales and persistence in reaching prospects * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Effective communication and proper phone etiquette * The ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients * A professional, resilient, and results-driven attitude * Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices * Commission Structure: Earn additional income based on walk-throughs, bids, and accepted proposals.
