Sales Representative $100k+ Potential - Salary - Large Commissions - Paid Training Dallas, TX Blue Hammer Roofing is a local, established roofing company in the Dallas, TX area. We are actively seeking professional, highly driven, motivated individuals who have a strong desire for growth, both professionally and financially. Due high demand for roofing services has skyrocketed, affecting thousands of homeowners in need of our help. Our first year sales reps make over $150K with additional company bonuses and rapid growth opportunities. DO YOU QUALIFY? * This role involves face-to-face interactions with customers ready for our services, so you must be well-presented, confident, and able to communicate effectively. * Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social and people skills. * Must be comfortable conducting face-to-face customer interactions with homeowners. * Natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. * Previous sales background is highly desired but not required. * MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities * Meet with customers face to face on a daily basis * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. * Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets.
