Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives_ Here's what you'll be doing: * Respond to internet leads in a timely manner * Answer internet customer initial questions * Transition internet sales leads to sales consultants and assist with follow-up * Manage and train internet sales team * Respond to email inquiries utilizing established procedures * Monitor staff productivity and quota levels and recommend training to improve results * Make out-bound calls to potential customers to solicit appointments * Other duties as assigned *Here 's what you'll need: * 2 to 3 years of internet experience in a dealership environment * Prior experience in leading a team or internet department required * Previous sales floor experience a plus * Must be able to provide references upon request * Proficient with Microsoft Office products * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (( We Hear You ))
