Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance their experience.
• Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue from each client interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, direct sales, or retail sales; technology sales experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to upsell products and manage customer accounts effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales progress.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
