Full description of the position

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Personalization & Connection Center Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for offering accessory upgrades, scheduling installations, conduct technology presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up and support. Key Responsibilities: * Offer accessory upgrades to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of each option. * Schedule accessory installations and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. * Print vouchers for rewards and promotions. * Troubleshoot Bluetooth connectivity issues on devices that connect with customers' vehicles. * Conduct brief presentations of the available technology features for customers on their vehicles after purchase multiple times throughout the day. Qualifications: * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. * Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Preferred Skills: * Experience in customer service or sales. * Knowledge of automotive accessories and technology.
