Our company is committed to excellence, customer satisfaction, and industry-leading products. Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Hialeah, FL. This is an on-site position , where you will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, handling inbound sales inquiries, and reaching out to potential clients. The ideal candidate will be customer- focused, sales-driven, and comfortable using QuickBooks to process orders and manage customer accounts. Key Responsibilities * Assist walk-in customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing. * Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and in-person visits. * Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and other industry professionals. * Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers. * Prepare and process invoices, quotes, and sales orders using QuickBooks. * Follow up on leads and ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale. Qualifications & Skills * Previous experience in sales, preferably in aluminum, construction, or manufacturing industries. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Experience using QuickBooks for sales and order processing (preferred but not required; training available). * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently. * Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction and closing sales. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
