Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to homeowners via phone, email, text, and field-based canvassing to introduce our services and set up qualified appointments
- Engage prospects with confidence, curiosity, and care-no pushy scripts
- Identify customer needs and communicate how Cupcake's solutions can meet them
- Qualify and schedule appointments for our Solutions Architects
- Accurately document conversations and outcomes in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with our canvassing, sales, and marketing teams to optimize results
- Represent the Cupcake brand with professionalism and a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and a coachable mindset-experience is secondary to effort
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident in conversation
- Comfortable using technology (smartphones, tablets, CRM tools)
- Organized, reliable, and capable of managing a fast-paced schedule
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the greater Austin, TX area
