Schendel Lawn & Landscape is a trusted provider of professional lawn care and landscaping services to residential and commercial customers in Lawrence, Topeka, and Manhattan. We are hiring a Residential Sales Consultant to join our team in Lawrence. Responsibilities include meeting with prospective customers about their lawn concerns and goals, preparing and presenting bid proposals to prospective customers, and communicating with the Schendel operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. This position does not include landscape design. Qualifications: * Ability to effectively communicate, present information, and respond to questions * Ability to set priorities with minimal supervision * Excellent time management, planning, and communication skills * Experience or training in the landscape industry preferred but not required * High school diploma or GED * Valid driver's license The base salary for this position is $35,000 annually. With sales commissions, residential sales consultants typically earn between $45,000 and $70,000 annually. Schendel is an equal opportunity employer.
