We are an energetic team of Financial Advisors, Relationship Managers, and exceptional Operations Team. Wealth Management is an education and relationship business. This role is critical to our model. Our client profile are affluent individuals and families ages 50-80 and with average assets around $1-10M. "The Millionaire Next Door" The Job: *Amazing phone, people, & technology skills. Client events and generally making people delighted. The face of the client relationship. You will be on varying teams of one or more Financial Advisors, assisting in the "on-boarding" process of bringing on new clients. You would be hosting zoom meetings and sharing our offerings, performing e-money financial plans. The role requires an administratively heavy aspect with new account openings, transfers, and all the technical nuances involved. Aksala is a destination for clients to have a boutique and concierge styled financial experience. We are here to provide impeccable , positive, efficient service. The job will be operational in function and will require critical thinking skills. Activities include: Opening accounts, roll-over calls, transferring money, distributions, asset aggregation, exceptional phone skills, and customer service interfacing. This requires self starting, detail oriented, confidential, independent, and a team player who can take additional tasks when needed. You should have or currently serve a base of clients to showcase aptitude and previous success within the wealth management industry. Qualifications: - Newer to the Financial Industry is ok, but need some financial services knowledge. Licensed and basic training must be behind you from one of the "globo" firms to ensure this is the role for you or currently in a business development role. - Redtail CRM, Fidelity Wealthscape, E-Money Planning, Envestnet Software. - Ability to use common office equipment, Phone, zoom, excel, Microsoft suite, etc. - Executive and corporately trained individuals who possess exceptional customer service skills. - CFP & College Degree ( Comparable Credentials ) - Sitting, standing and mobility about the office. - An insatiable need to make things efficient for the client. You have a direct ability to grow this component based on your efforts and accumen.
