Details: Must maintain a consistent schedule of showing up with a positive attitude Be able to handle 100+ phone calls per day Immediately develop rapport with clients Discover any specific pain points or unique situations Close deals & complete the proper confirmation process

Preferred Qualifications

Health and Life Insurance License Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Ambitious, Results & Goal Focused Fast learner Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) Clear communicator with phone experience and professional phone etiquette Consistent attendance Is a must Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of ACA programs is preferred. Proficiency with computer and web-based applications. Strong communication skills including active listening. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
