Embodied Marketing Sales Coordinator Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - In-Person & Online) Role Type: Part-Time, Flexible Hours Role The Sales & Outreach Coordinator will drive sales and revenue growth for Embodied Marketing by engaging both warm and cold leads, guiding them through the sales journey, and converting them into clients for our "Done With You" (DWY) and "Done For You" (DFY) offers. This role will work directly with the CEO and requires a proactive approach to outreach, nurturing, and closing sales. Additionally, this role includes identifying and securing speaking engagements and podcast opportunities for Emily Hirsh to increase brand visibility and authority in the industry. This position is hybrid, requiring both in-person and online work, so candidates must be based in Austin, TX. Responsibilities Lead Conversion & Sales: * Engage with warm leads generated through ads, outreach efforts, and inbound inquiries. * Conduct discovery sales calls via Zoom to assess prospects' needs and match them with the best DWY or DFY offer. * Close deals and ensure seamless handoff to onboarding and service teams. * Manage all follow-up with pending prospects, staying on top of follow-ups daily. Cold Outreach & Prospecting: * Proactively identify potential leads on Instagram and other social media platforms who align with our DFY services. * Execute Dream 100 prospecting strategies to build relationships with key contacts. * Use personalized outreach strategies to engage with prospects through DMs, emails, and other avenues. * Build relationships with key contacts, nurturing them into booked sales calls. Speaking Engagement & Podcast Outreach: * Research and identify speaking opportunities, industry conferences, and podcast interviews for Emily Hirsh. * Conduct outreach to event organizers and podcast hosts to pitch Emily as a guest speaker. * Coordinate scheduling and ensure Emily has the necessary details for each engagement. * Track outreach efforts and follow up to secure bookings. Sales Pipeline Management: * Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in our tracking/spreadsheet system. * Track progress through the sales funnel and provide weekly updates. * Identify bottlenecks in the pipeline and recommend solutions. Collaboration with Marketing & Client Success: * Coordinate with the marketing team to stay aligned with campaign messaging and ensure a cohesive client journey. * Share insights with the marketing team about outreach trends and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with onboarding and service teams for smooth client transitions. Sales Process Optimization: * Continuously test, refine, and adapt sales and outreach strategies based on results. * Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality, conversion patterns, and new outreach ideas. Results Sales Targets: * Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales goals for DWY and DFY offers. * Convert both warm and cold leads into booked calls and closed sales. Outreach Success: * Engage in consistent outreach with measurable success in getting leads to book calls every week, specifically attributed to outreach efforts. * Build a growing network of prospects who align with our DFY offer. * Secure speaking and podcast opportunities for Emily Hirsh to elevate brand authority. Client Satisfaction & Retention: * Ensure new clients feel confident and supported throughout the sales process. * Contribute to long-term client retention and opportunities for upsells. Efficient Process Execution: * Maintain CRM and spreadsheet accuracy and ensure no leads are missed. * Provide actionable insights to enhance both sales and marketing strategies. Requirements Experience & Skills: * Proven experience in sales is a must, preferably within marketing, consulting, or service-based industries. * Strong conversational and nurturing skills --you should be exceptional at building relationships and guiding prospects through the sales process. * Experience with outreach for speaking and podcast opportunities is a plus. * Big bonus if you have a background and knowledge of the Embodied Marketing brand, content, and offers. * Strong interpersonal skills with experience in virtual sales calls and cold outreach via Instagram and social media. * Highly organized, an excellent communicator, and extremely proactive --you never need micromanagement and are always steps ahead. * Familiarity with DWY/DFY business models is a plus. * Self-motivated and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset. * Ability to build trust quickly and maintain professional relationships. * Comfortable working both remotely and in-person in Austin, TX. Availability: * Approximately 20 hours per week to start with flexibility for outreach and scheduled sales calls, and ability to meet up at scheduled times with Emily in Austin. * Must be available daily to handle follow-ups and outreach activities.
