We are a business consulting and sales firm with a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and wireless services. Our company has built a reputation as a trusted partner for AT&T, serving their local customers with easy wireless set ups, carrier transfers, and more. By combining our personal sales strategies with a commitment to AT&T's services, we strive to connect our customers in meaningful and impactful ways. We are looking to hire a Client Account Manager who will help us continue our contributions to our customers. We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and driven individual to our team as a Client Account Manager. In this Client Account Manager role, you will not only become a product expert for our clients but also play a vital role in maintaining relationships, driving sales, and contributing to our continued success. The Client Account Manager will be able to properly explain our wireless services to customers and be able to upgrade their devices and/or troubleshoot their current service provider to be able to transfer their carrier. By transferring customers to AT&T, the Client Account Manager will have to be informative and knowledgeable on offers to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible. Client Account Manager Responsibilities: * Demonstrate the benefits and features of our products to customers through presentations designed to address and resolve customer wireless issues directly * Generate future opportunities by discovering the deeper needs of our customers and actively listening * Process the carrier transfer or upgrade of service for all customers; this includes processing the sales order, completing all necessary account information, and following up that the customer has received their order * Address any concerns promptly and professionally to maintain the highest level of customer service to foster long-term relationships * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize client penetration * Collaborate with internal teams and other Client Account Manager members to share service insights, feedback, and refine strategies to increase satisfaction Qualifications of the Client Account Manager: * Previous experience in sales, account manager, client service or customer service is a plus but not required * Bilingual is a plus for this role, both english and spanish * Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present information * Solution-oriented attitude when faced with challenges or obstacles * Self motivated with a positive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,200.00 per month Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In personLuminary Sales Solutions
