Tri-State Trailer Sales, Inc., located on Neville Island (Pittsburgh, PA), is a full-service semi-trailer dealership hiring a full time Accounts Payable Clerk. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic team at Tri-State Trailer Sales, Inc. This position is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments to vendors. Responsibilities and Duties: * All Accounts Payable duties, including collating, coding, processing, timely payment, filing, and reconciling. * Reception duties including answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing. * General reporting and business paperwork * Handling incoming and outgoing mail & FedEx packages * Filing, faxing, typing, copying * Any other duties and clerical support as requested by management Qualifications and Skills: * Large volume accounts payable experience required * Understanding of the P2P (PO to Payable) process * Computer skills a must, especially MS Office * Ability to handle busy phone system * Ability to multi-task * Friendly, positive attitude w/ the ability to interact with customers/vendors via phone, email and in person Job Type: Full-time - 8:00am to 5:00pm with one-hour lunch Salary: $21 - $23/hour (based on experience) Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Paid time off * 401K Experience: * Microsoft Office: 2 years preferred If you are ready to take your accounting career to the next level with a company that values your contributions, apply today to join Tri-State Trailer Sales, Inc.!
