Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management, lead generation, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in direct and retail sales, with the ability to upsell products and services to meet customer needs. Duties * Manage assigned sales territory effectively to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets. * Engage in direct sales activities, including cold calling potential clients and following up on leads. * Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. * Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support promotional activities. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or direct sales environments. * Strong skills in territory management and lead generation strategies. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Proficiency in inside sales techniques, including cold calling and upselling. * Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
