Job Summary We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our well- established industrial hardware store. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in hardware, tools, cutting tools, and machinery sales to lead our team and help expand both our local and national presence. Duties. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on industrial hardware and machinery. * Identify new business opportunities through client visits, relationship building and cold calling. * Manage key accounts and oversee client negotiations to close deals and ensure satisfaction. * Coordinate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional efforts. * Analyze sales trends and market activity to identify opportunities and drive growth. * Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional after-sales support. Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial hardware, tools or machinery. * Proven success in outside sales and customer relationship managment. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail and B2B environment.
