Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our well- established industrial hardware store. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in hardware, tools, cutting tools, and machinery sales to lead our team and help expand both our local and national presence.

Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on industrial hardware and machinery.
• Identify new business opportunities through client visits, relationship building and cold calling.
• Manage key accounts and oversee client negotiations to close deals and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing to align sales initiatives with promotional efforts.
• Analyze sales trends and market activity to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial hardware, tools or machinery.
• Proven success in outside sales and customer relationship managment.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
