Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within assigned territories, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively negotiating contracts. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen to successfully promote our products and services in the market. Duties * Develop and manage a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. * Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. * Engage in inside sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate leads. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Provide account management support by maintaining relationships with existing clients and addressing their needs effectively. * Collaborate with the technical sales team to understand product specifications and communicate them clearly to clients. * Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions. Experience * Proven experience in sales, preferably in territory or direct sales roles. * Familiarity with software tools that facilitate sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM). * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. * Previous experience in account management or technical sales is a plus but not mandatory.
