Superior Facilities Management Services (SFMS), a growing General Contracting & Construction Company, is seeking a full time Sales Representative who is a self-starter, responsible and motivated with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate must also be able to multitask and perform well in a deadline driven environment. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree (Preferred) * 3 years or more inside sales experience (preferred) * Proficient with MS Office suite of applications including Word, Excel and Power Point * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional phone manner * Resourceful and a strong eye for detail * Excellent organizational and time management skills * The ability to "self start" and work independently * Key Responsibilities: * New Business Development * Make Cold Calls * Correspond with potential and current customers * Establish appointments with potential and current customers * Maintain and organize projects and project plans * Generate weekly Sales/Marketing reports * Compile contracts/proposals * Research and list development * Maintain and build new clientele * Perform all other duties as requested or required *MUST be authorized to work in the US Previous Telemarketing, Sales and Customer Service experience is A MUST.
