Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in building and scaling sales teams, developing long-term client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives in the healthcare and RCM industry. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives. * Team Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals. * Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. * Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to define sales goals, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies. * Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our footprint in the healthcare and RCM sectors. * Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). * 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in healthcare/RCM or SaaS. * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. * Strong understanding of RCM services, healthcare operations, and industry trends. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Experience in scaling sales teams and managing complex sales cycles. * Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
