Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven BDC Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will excel in converting leads into successful appointments through effective communication and persuasive techniques. Responsibilities * Engage with leads as needed to convert them into successful appointments. * 15 to 25 successful appointments (shows) per week. * 100 calls per day. * Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with leads and existing customers. * Collaborate with team members to improve results. Experience * Previous experience in BDC , Telemarketing, or Sales. * At least 10 years of total previous work experience. * Familiarity with software tools as CRM. * Excellent speaking and writing skills to effectively communicate. * Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals. Schedule * 6 days a week. * Optional: one weekday off, every other week. * Monday to Friday, two options: 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm (1-hour lunch break) * Saturdays 10am to 6pm (1-hour lunch break) * Sundays off * Work-at-office only.
