Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven BDC Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will excel in converting leads into successful appointments through effective communication and persuasive techniques.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leads as needed to convert them into successful appointments.
• 15 to 25 successful appointments (shows) per week.
• 100 calls per day.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
• Collaborate with team members to improve results. Experience
• Previous experience in BDC , Telemarketing, or Sales.
• At least 10 years of total previous work experience.
• Familiarity with software tools as CRM.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills to effectively communicate.
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals. Schedule
• 6 days a week.
• Optional: one weekday off, every other week.
• Monday to Friday, two options: 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm (1-hour lunch break)
• Saturdays 10am to 6pm (1-hour lunch break)
• Sundays off
