Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calling and warm calling strategies to promote our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be essential in driving business development and generating sales leads. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our offerings and generate interest. * Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up with leads and nurture relationships. * Communicate clearly and persuasively to articulate the benefits of our products. * Negotiate terms with potential clients to close sales effectively. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration. * Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. * Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing strategies. Experience * Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred. * Familiarity with technology sales or business development is a plus. * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone. * Proven track record in achieving sales targets or generating leads through outbound calling. * Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs.
