We are looking for a motivated and creative Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join our team at RapidCare Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field. The marketer will be responsible for assisting with the development of marketing strategies, creating content, being involved in community activities, and helping with promotional campaigns. Must be able to be Bilingual preferred. Responsibilities: * Identify and qualify new business opportunities for the company. * Develop marketing campaigns and materials to promote services. * Assist in the development of promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and web content. * Create reports on customer feedback and market trends. * Support the marketing team in day-to-day activities. * Participate in developing new business opportunities through community outreach and participate in on-going assessment of community needs. * Responsible for generating and managing leads from various referrals sources. * Ability to work independently and make decisions. * Familiar with social media. * Must have reliable transportation. * Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns. * Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstratingexpertise in various areas (content development and optimization,advertising, events planning etc.) * Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns. * Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brandawareness and marketing efforts. * Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriatechannels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.) * Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. * Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
