Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and relationship-building.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to track and update customers on the status of their orders.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, working closely with other departments when necessary.
• Document and report recurring issues for continuous improvement. Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and market competition to effectively communicate with customers.
