Our restaurants are community favorites, and we are expanding our catering services to bring our signature flavors to events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Catering Sales Associate to join our team and grow our catering division. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, customer service, and building relationships to drive catering sales. This role involves actively pursuing new business, managing client relationships, and coordinating event details to ensure flawless execution. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new catering opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. * Collaborate with clients to design customized menus and event plans that meet their needs and budget. * Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing details to clients. * Coordinate with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. * Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and secure future bookings. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in POS software. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications * 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in catering, hospitality, or event planning. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events. * Passion for food and hospitality with a customer-first mindset. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel may be required). * Competitive base pay plus commission. * Opportunities for growth within a dynamic, family-owned restaurant group.
