Job Title: Sales VIP Representative Location: Bomnin Automotive Reports to: General Sales Manager and Sales Managers Job Summary: Bomnin Automotive is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales VIP Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will work primarily in the service department, engaging with customers waiting for their vehicles to be repaired. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to upgrade or purchase new vehicles, providing a seamless and personalized car buying experience. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with service department customers to identify potential sales opportunities. * Conduct needs analysis to match service customers with suitable vehicle options while they wait for their repairs. * Present and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to customers. * Coordinate and manage test drives and vehicle demonstrations for service customers. * Work closely with the service department to identify and approach customers who may benefit from a new vehicle. * Collaborate with the general sales manager and sales managers to develop strategies for increasing sales through the service department. * Follow up with service customers post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs. * Stay updated on the latest automotive products, services, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations. * Ensure all sales documentation and processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
