Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, ensuring customers understand how our solutions meet their needs. * Manage accounts effectively by analyzing customer requirements and providing tailored solutions. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales while ensuring profitability for the company. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that enhance product visibility. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using office software tools.
