We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Account Executive to foster our local relationships and exceed past performance in the area. Job
Responsibilities
- Serve in a chief sales role to an assigned client base of architects, designers, builders, and general contractors in Austin, Houston and San Antonio with the support of Account Manager and Sales Manager.
- Serve as consultant/project manager and maintain positive relationships with expert level input.
- Provide both general and technical information about Delta Millworks products and processes.
- Meet Sales Goals through local job site presence and meet regularly with assigned clients, virtually or in person.
- Evaluate client needs and propose appropriate product recommendations base on application and expectations.
- Set proper expectations based on client needs and an evolving product line.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes and policies to ensure positive relationships with clients.
- Assist Sales Manager.
- Create Opportunities, Contacts, Quotes and Customer Orders in Netsuite ERP.
- Ensure ERP system is accurately updated with client and order information.
Requirements

Qualifications
:
- 3+ years of customer service or related relevant experience required.
- Experience in Construction Material Sales preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Apps, and the ability and willingness to learn new systems and procedures. Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving solutions.

Compensation
:
- Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000
- Commission potential: $50,000 - $55,000, based on individual sales and historical averages
- Additional Incentives: opportunity to earn additional $10,000 - $15,000 by meeting or exceeding sales quota in the first full calendar year
