You don't need to come from a sales background. What matters is your mindset: you love to dig deep into research, ask smart questions, and connect the dots. You're excited about learning how to sell complex solutions in a space that's evolving fast. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys investigating new industries, uncovering decision makers, and crafting personalized messaging that cuts through the noise. You'll play a key role in helping us connect with the right people, in the right companies, at the right time. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify prospects, research buyers, and craft messaging that breaks through the noise. This is a foundational role with real impact--and real growth potential. * What You 'll Do: * Investigate buyer personas to understand motivations, pain points, and priorities * Craft personalized messaging and outreach strategies for key contacts * Set qualified meetings for senior sales team and help drive pipeline * Adapt your approach based on response patterns and feedback * Research industries, accounts, and ideal customer profiles (ICP) * Identify and engage prospects through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, CRM tools) * Create compelling messages that generate interest and meetings * Collaborate with senior sales team to qualify leads and build pipeline * Track and report your activity in our CRM and sales tools * Learn the ins and outs of AI, digital strategy, and consultative sales Who You Are*:* You may not have formal sales experience--but you have the raw skills and the right mindset.
