Job Summary We at R&R Marine are a veteran owned and operated company seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in order to expand our foot print here in SWFL while having a good time doing it. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, designing and pricing Dock, Deck, Boat lift and various other waterway related projects, driving sales growth, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a blend of retail sales experience, technical sales acumen, and the ability to negotiate effectively. NOTE We understand Marine Construction is a very targeted market/ area if expertise with-in the construction industry as a whole. With that being said we would be willing to interview with any sales background i.e. Auto/car salesman, home improvement, roofing/ window sales, etc. We ask that you have AT LEAST 1 year minimum of some type of close/ no close sales experience in-order to interview Responsibilities * Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new business leads. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. * Engage in inside sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations. * Negotiate terms and close deals with clients to secure profitable contracts. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales objectives. * Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics. * Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers as needed. * Design and price project opportunities to fit the customers needs and wants. * Manage sold projects and conduct follow ups to answer questions pre, during and post project. * Be able to read construction drawings and understand city, county, municipality, and state code requirements. * Work closely with crews, other sales personnel and marketing personnel while conducting projects and pre-planing Future ones. Requirements * Proven experience in in-home sales or business development is preferred. * Strong skills in account management and relationship building. * Familiarity with cold calling techniques and inside sales processes. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. * Technical sales experience is a plus; ability to understand complex products or services is essential. * Proficiency in using software tools for managing customer data and sales activities. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
