MECCO is currently seeking a motivated sales professional with a technical background to join our team as an Inside Sales Engineer. They will be responsible for achieving positive sales opportunities with new and existing accounts by professionally and effectively communicating with potential and established clients, to maintain and grow revenue. Position Responsibilities: * Pursue new sales opportunities with potential and existing clients via telephone. * Analyze and determine client needs, and recommend appropriate products and solutions. * Route all sales orders to Customer Service team for processing. * Route all quality issues to Customer Service team, ensuring that all pertinent information is documented. * Maintain knowledge of products, services, competitive activity, and other general information of interest to clients. * Recommend changes in services and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments. * Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, researching industry trends, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. * Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Experience: * Experience in the manufacturing field. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
