Responsibilities * Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases. * Conduct model home tours and present features of homes effectively to highlight their value. * Price out features and homes with clients * Provide administrative support related to real estate transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. * Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Assist in marketing efforts to promote new homes and increase visibility within the community. Qualifications * No experience necessary, we will teach you everything you need to know with a comprehensive onboarding and regular daily training. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. * Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. * Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs. * A passion for helping individuals find their dream homes while providing an outstanding experience throughout the process.
