Full description of the position

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative with strong knowledge of engines, air filtration systems, and industrial/commercial applications. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by working directly with OEMs, distributors, and dealers. A deep technical understanding of air filtration and engine systems is required.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and dealers.
• Identify new sales opportunities in the engine and filtration markets.
• Provide technical expertise to customers regarding air filtration solutions.
• Present product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to support customer needs.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer visits to promote our products.
• Provide detailed reporting on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

:

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in engines, air filtration, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of air filtration systems and their applications in industrial, marine, or transportation sectors.
• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and dealer networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel regionally and occasionally nationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Technical degree or background in mechanical, automotive, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with diesel engines, heavy equipment, marine engines, or transportation fleets.
