Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team In Sarasota / Venice Florida. Responsibilities * Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Conduct inside sales activities including lead generation and follow-up. * Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions using software tools such as Salesforce. * Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales or retail sales environments. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Experience with lead generation techniques and sales management practices. * Proficient in using software tools, including CRM systems like Salesforce. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. * A proactive approach to upselling and identifying new business opportunities.
