We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team In Sarasota / Venice Florida. If you have a passion for sales, construction and customer service, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct inside sales activities including lead generation and follow-up.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions using software tools such as Salesforce.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales or retail sales environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience with lead generation techniques and sales management practices.
• Proficient in using software tools, including CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
