NOW HIRING: Florida Technical Sales Executive - MSP / Cloud / Cybersecurity (Commercial + SLED) Location: Orlando, Tampa, Jax areas. Territory: Entire state of Florida - Commercial + SLED Mission: Win managed service contracts. Grow recurring revenue. Dominate Florida. Z7 Solutions is looking for a closer --not a coffee drinker. We're a powerhouse Managed Services and Solutions Provider. We are 8(a) Native American/Women-Owned IT integrator with serious delivery chops in cloud, cybersecurity, and end-user computing. Our customers love us because we don't overpromise--we overdeliver. Now, we need you to help us take Florida. This Role Is For You If: * You've closed MSP, cloud, or cybersecurity deals before and want a full state to run * You already know people in school districts, cities, counties, and/or growing businesses * You're tired of "sales support" teams that just slow you down * You want to win long-term managed services, endpoint, backup, and cloud contracts * You can sell IT value like a pro and want to own your success * You can build pipeline from scratch and know how to get business and grow sales. * You don't need to worry about technical talent for your calls. We got that covered. What You'll Do: * Sell Z7's full portfolio: Managed IT, NOC/SOC, cybersecurity, backup, M365, Azure, endpoint protection * Own the Commercial and SLED customer lifecycle--lead to close to renewals * Work with Z7 execs, engineers, and proposal teams to crush RFPs and SOWs * Build a real book of business with long-term recurring contracts * Be the face of Z7 in Florida--we're backing you 100% Must-Haves: * 5+ years in MSP, VAR, or IT services sales (MUST HAVE PROVEN CLOSING EXPERIENCE AROUND MSP, VAR) * Strong experience with state/local government and education (SLED) and private sector * Working knowledge of IT stack: M365, Azure, VDI, security frameworks, backups, DRaaS, cloud infrastructure * Must be based in Central Florida (Orlando or Tampa preferred) * Excellent follow-through, drive, and no-BS attitude What You Get: * Generous base + uncapped commissions (we reward real closers) * Direct access to engineering , executive , and partner teams * Premier vendor pricing with partners like Microsoft, VMware, Omnissa, and more * Freedom to own the territory--no micromanagement * 24/7 support SLA that will keep your customers loyal Submit resume and salary expectation.
