Ecopharm, a growing pharmaceutical reverse distributor in the United States, is seeking a professional Sales person with significant expertise in Sales and compliance in a pharmaceutical supply chain/distribution environment. We are looking for a highly motivated business development rep who is willing to work independently and together with a team. Salary + Commission Sales experience is required
Overview
The BDR has the ultimate responsibility for achieving Sales goals and objectives created by the sales executive. He/she also has the responsibility for designing and implementing a sales strategy while driving the performance of the his/her efforts. This role will lead and create a Sales organization of a growing group of BDRs and drive revenue for the company with oversight for nearly $1B in annual sales.
Requirements
:
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience
- Experience prospecting on your own efforts
- Experience presenting to business owners
- Experience closing business owners
- Strong relationship skills
- Highly motivated and driven Expectations:
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Ability to effectively manage sales pipeline
- Able to conduct a winning sales system
- Attend weekly trainings and meetings
- Represent the company and yourself well
- Be a team player
- Be relentless Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
