Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Casual work attire * Growth opportunities *Job Responsibilities - Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to strengthen SWCorp's position in both national and international markets, focusing on bulk, wholesale, and export sales. - Gain a comprehensive understanding of market demands for home & bath products, adeptly positioning and introducing new products to a diverse range of buyers, including national bulk purchasers and international accounts. - Actively seek out and establish new profitable business opportunities in various domestic and international markets through both inbound and outbound sales tactics. - Expertly manage orders, maintain detailed records, and ensure timely follow-ups, adapting strategies to different domestic and international market dynamics. - Acquire extensive knowledge of SWCorp's product line, ensuring exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of national and international markets. - Consistently update clients on pricing, promotional activities, and market trends, maintaining strong communication channels across all markets. - Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, transactions, and promotional activities, with a particular focus on international and national bulk and wholesale buyers. - Possible travel to key markets within the United States and abroad to present products & services, build relationships, and address unique regional challenges. - Uphold and elevate customer service standards, fostering long-term relationships with clients for sustainable business growth across all markets. - Demonstrate agility and informed decision-making in varied and high- pressure business environments. - Develop a thorough understanding of global and national market trends, competitive landscapes, and business opportunities, leveraging this knowledge to drive sales. - Analyze sales data in detail, benchmarking performance against strategic objectives for both domestic and international markets. - Utilize advanced sales and CRM tools to monitor, report, and strategize on sales activities and market trends in various regions. - Engage in continuous personal and professional development with a focus on trends in international business and national bulk buying. - Identify and exploit cross-divisional sales opportunities, working collaboratively to expand SWCorp's footprint across the United States and in international markets. *Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales, national bulk sales, or a related role in an international and domestic context. - Fluency in English and Spanish is required. - Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with expertise in sales strategies for both national and international markets. - Proficient in cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and the nuances of national bulk and wholesale buying. - Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office Applications and advanced CRM tools. - Skilled in analyzing customer and market insights to develop effective value propositions for diverse clients. - Strategic, organized, and proactive thinker. - Self-motivated with a focus on results and completion of sales objectives. - Proven problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach. - Ethical, reliable, and committed to the long-term growth of the business. - Valid passport and driver's license with a good record.
