Are you into fashion? Rose and Remington is a space where individuals can fall in love with affordable and stylish clothing, accessories, gifts and much more. We are looking for driven leaders who can provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor and fitting room. Reporting to the District Manager, the Sales Lead is the leader in store. This requires a strong work ethic and ability to lead effectively.

Responsibilities

: Complete all opening and closing procedures. Complete any operational duties. Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals. Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the guest remains the top priority Leader in merchandising on the sale floor Demonstrate exceptional customer service including being a stylist to all customers Knowledge of all product lines in store Complete daily tasks as well as assistance with processing any incoming shipment Maintain a clean and safe work space Connect with customers at the cash wrap

Qualifications

: Must be at least 18 years of age Job Type: Part-time
