Main Responsibilities: * Provide top-tier customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. * Handle customer queries through face-to-face interactions during the sales process. * Assist customers in understanding various products and guide them in identifying solutions that meet their needs, followed by processing sales orders. * Maintain accurate customer records and information within the systems. * Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Meet or exceed both individual and team performance targets.
