Job Summary: A well-established insurance agency in North Austin is seeking an experienced Licensed Sales Professional (LSP) to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a Property & Casualty license in Texas who is passionate about helping customers find the right coverage for their Auto & Home insurance needs. Key Responsibilities: * Sell Auto & Home insurance policies to new and existing customers * Generate and follow up on leads to meet sales goals * Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships * Explain policy coverage, options, and pricing in a clear, friendly manner * Assist with quoting, processing applications, and policy changes Qualifications: * Must hold a current Texas Property & Casualty license * Previous experience in a similar role required * Preferred experience working with major insurance carriers * Strong sales and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Detail-oriented and organized Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year License/Certification: * Property & Casualty License in Texas (Required) Ability to Commute: * Austin, TX 78759 (Required) Work Location: In person
