Life Changing Lending is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to help expand our presence in Texas. This is a commission-based opportunity where you can learn the mortgage business while earning , with training provided for the right candidate. As a BDM , you will focus on building relationships with real estate investors, mortgage brokers, and industry professionals to promote our loan programs. We are a direct lender with our own warehouse line , offering Nationwide DSCR loans, Hard Money, Fix and Flip, Profit and Loss, ITIN, and Non-QM Bank Statement loans. This role also involves attending networking events, both live and virtual , to establish connections and drive new business opportunities. What We Offer:
