Hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday, NO WEEKENDS! Locally owned company with offices in Spearfish and Rapid City, SD, in business since 1993. Primary duties include: * Insurance underwriting support * Account updates * Data entry * Problem solving * Use of Internet for research and reference * Clear communication with our clients, independent insurance producers, via phone, email, text and paper correspondence Most communication is by email, text and telephone. Very little face-to-face. Insurance background helpful, but not required. We will train for the position and the learning will be endless. Must possess exceptional customer service skills and enthusiasm to learn more about the insurance industry. Excellent computer skills on Windows, Office 365 and Chrome/Edge required. Must have excellent speaking skills. Non-smoking work environment, no smoking on work premises. Full time position M-F, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * One position available at our Rapid City, SD location.
