Sales & Business Development Manager Location: Hybrid - Los Angeles, CA (office + field sales) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: * $50,000/year base salary * $500/month car allowance * $1,000/month performance-based commission * Total earning potential: $68,000/year Must have own car and valid driver 's license We're looking for a highly motivated, street-smart Sales & Business Development Manager to drive product sales and retail partnerships across Los Angeles and surrounding areas. This is a hybrid role -- you'll work from our LA office and spend part of your week doing in-person sales visits to convenience stores, liquor stores, bodegas, and cell phone shops. You'll be the face of ROKiT to local retailers, responsible for opening doors, growing accounts, and building relationships. What You'll Be Doing * Conducting cold in-person sales visits to retail store owners and buyers * Managing B2B sales relationships digitally and in-person * Pitching and selling our products: supplements, cell phones, smart watches , and more * Tracking and managing sales activity using a CRM system * Working closely with internal teams to coordinate product delivery and support What We 're Looking For * Strong, confident closer with B2B sales experience * Must be comfortable visiting stores, walking in cold, and talking directly to owners * Experience selling into convenience stores, liquor stores, or wireless retailers is a big plus * Must have a valid driver 's license and personal vehicle * Familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking systems * Comfortable navigating Los Angeles and surrounding areas daily * Organized, self-motivated, and hungry to hit goals Why Join Us * Big room for growth -- we're building fast and want future leaders * Work with an exciting lineup of products across multiple verticals * Help shape how we scale into retail across the region and beyond Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Work Location: On the road
